Hopkins Acura - Service Center

Mix-up made right I called in and scheduled maintenance service. When I arrived they shared with me that my appointment was not showing up in the system. They then st I called in and scheduled maintenance service. When I arrived they shared with me that my appointment was not showing up in the system. They then stated that they would be more than happy to see me, and let’s not worry about the problem, but my need for service and they got me in. They also stated they would look into where the system breakdown was to better understand how this occurred. I can’t overstate just how much I appreciate there committtment to customer service. More
