Disgusted I came to Hopper last Thursday the 4th to view a BMW I saw on their website. She greeted me and i could smell alcohol on her breath. She informed me that the vehicle was no longer available and tried to show me another, however i declined and left. I have always heard great things about this dealership, but unfortunately my experience was less than! More

Great experience! Creative financing help I came in to Hopper wanting to get out of a recently purchased vehicle that I wanted to get out of mid-morning. After going to other dealers, I was pretty sure I was stuck, but by 4PM that same day, I was in my new Range Rover from Hopper. Sales and sales mgmt were incredibly knowledgeable, and accommodating as they helped step me through my options. They switched out the wheels from my old car to the new one (I wanted something with a little less bling...), and when I called to report a whistle coming from the windshield, they told me they would address it, and to bring it in the next day. This dealership is a class act, and I will be back. More

The service manager set up a return visit to re-torque the suspension kit that they had installed, and made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions about the truck. The vehicle was clean, exactly as advertised, and my wife and I love the look that Hopper created with the lift, tires and custom wheels. I would recommend Hopper Motorplex, and Kyle specifically to any of my friends or family. More

Disappointed. We found the jeep we wanted on-line.... We drove to McKinney to purchase... After all the paperwork was signed... we were told it would be mailed...al We found the jeep we wanted on-line.... We drove to McKinney to purchase... After all the paperwork was signed... we were told it would be mailed...along with the extra key....along with a refund check for the overpaid amt of down payment...We walked to parking lot and the salesman asked if we wanted to walk across the parking lot and get ourselves... No, I asked him to drive it to us... Then I had to ask him to remove all the marketing info from the windshield... I followed my daughter in her new jeep... It was on low fuel and we had to find a gas station... and they forgot to put the temporary license plate on it...And our insurance company was never contacted... They e-mailed me a plate to print and attach... A month later I got the plates and the refund check... But we are still waiting on the paperwork??? And forget about the key... I have emailed asking where it is...left messages...and nothing...Very disappointed... More

I was surprised to find the car that morning - just happened to drive by early Saturday morning. I met Kyle as soon as I got out of my car and he introduced himself and let me roam around the lot. He was very low pressure and was there for any questions, etc. I immediately felt at ease - I"m a buyer for a large retail corporation and don't like any BS....and I got none! Once I expressed an interest in the car, he got the keys and we went for a test drive. The entire experience lasted last than an hour and I drove off in my new Corvette- I am extremely pleased with Kyle's professionalism and will recommend him and Hopper Motorplex to any of my friends who are looking for a low mileage performance vehicle.
