Took my brand new RAM Laramie in to have AC checked. Was told its just a clogged cabin filter. Easily could have done it myself for $25 but I thought to myself if the filter only retails $25 and Im alre Was told its just a clogged cabin filter. They charged me $156 out the door for a $25 filter that took maybe 15 minutes of labor. DO NOT EVER COME HERE FOR SERVICE!!! More

This dealership does not believe in the use of cleanliness protection inside customer's vehicles. A routine oil change 2 weeks ago resulted in my 06 Ram 1500 being in the shop for a total of 5 day cleanliness protection inside customer's vehicles. A routine oil change 2 weeks ago resulted in my 06 Ram 1500 being in the shop for a total of 5 days and counting! After the oil change, I received the truck back from service with a 1/8" thick boot print of grease on the driver's door sill along with numerous grease stains on the driver's seat, driver's entery handle and center console. Last two items cleaned easily but they've had to replace the seat cover. First cover came in wrong color they didn't receive replacement until today. Hopefully it'll be done by this evening. More
