Friendly, not pushy, and easy to work with I came here looking for a pretty specific car but had also read good reviews on the dealer as well. I was expecting the buying experience to be longer I came here looking for a pretty specific car but had also read good reviews on the dealer as well. I was expecting the buying experience to be longer and more stressful and drawn out, but I knew what I was looking for and that was exactly what they delivered. They gave me a fair deal with good incentives and they offer some really nice perks that I appreciate as someone who isn't a "car person" really. I have already told several people if they're ever looking for a Mazda, to consider coming here and I've only had the car for a day. More

Great customer service for the first time buyer Let me just say I'm a recent college grad & have never bought a car... I was very nervous to walk into any dealership because I have always heard that Let me just say I'm a recent college grad & have never bought a car... I was very nervous to walk into any dealership because I have always heard that the sales guys are usually pushy, rude, etc... I had been looking into a CX-5 to lease for a while & happened to be in the area, so we stopped by to look. Jerry, a nice sales guy, began talking with us & got us a 2016 CX-5 Touring to test drive. Once we were finished driving, we told them we we're buying today & Jerry was very kind, not pushy at all. 5 days later I was back in to discuss finances. Luckily my brother-in-law used to be in car sales, & this being my first vehicle, I needed the guidance. Between my family & the guys at More Mazda (Jerry, Jesse, Tim, & Bobby), I had a wonderful experience & walked out a happy customer with my 2016 CX-5...& pretty good deal! I hope my future experiences at dealerships are as good as this one was. More

This dealership, especially the salesmen who helped me pick the perfect Mazda, Noy Converse, were incredible. I walked away with a great deal, a great experience and a memory that will last a lifetime. This was a wonderful experience thanks to no hassling by the salesmen, great customer service and "no games" being played during my buying experience. I did not feel pressured in any way to buy and the amount of time spent at the dealership was less than 5 hours thanks to a speedy process by the whole More Mazda staff. I felt at home with this dealership and would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Again, my salesman's name was Noy and he was truly awesome the entire way through looking, testing driving, negotiating and overall a great part about this dealership. Everyone was very friendly, it was quiet, there weren't a overwhelming amount of salesmen pressuring me and it made it easy to discuss my options with my family before deciding to buy due to the space and time that was given. I also had a great experience in the finance department with Jesse Brusca, he made the boring signing part of car buying easy, efficient and anything but boring with his genuine financial advice and comic relief. One "special" part about this dealership particularly during my experience. was when the dealership made it possible for me to take the time away from the dealership to make my decision by taking the potential car on a test drive alone with my family to lunch. Overall this was the best car buying experience I have ever personally encountered, as well as, any experience my family or friends had ever heard of. Butch and the guys were and great and easy to deal with. Thanks to Butch for being patient took me a couple of weeks to finally get there for a test drive. First time buyer friendly My husband and I went to More Mazda after car shopping for almost two months all around the valley. We had a couple of bad experiences at other dealer My husband and I went to More Mazda after car shopping for almost two months all around the valley. We had a couple of bad experiences at other dealerships and were ready to give up on our search. We are so glad we didn't, and that we found Butch at More Mazda. We found the exact car we wanted in their online inventory, were able to negotiate online due to our scheduling conflicts, and drove out of the dealership within an hour in a brand new car that we love. Butch was so patient and helpful. The general manager, Tim, and Jesse, the finance manager, were also friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Our experience at More Mazda was awesome.
