I then flew to Tempe to pick up the car and drove it back to California. I found the salesman and staff to be very helpful and flexible. Although this was a new model (MX-5) in very short supply, they were still willing to negotiate about some unwanted add-ons and when I arrived in Tempe, everything was exactly as promised. This is a high integrity operation! My experience at the dealership when I came to pick up the car was also very positive. The financing was arranged quickly (at a quite competitive rate) and the car was well-prepared and ready. The salesman was very helpful in explaining the various features and operation of the electronics. Bottom line; An excellent place to buy a car (even if you live in another state)! More

I found the car through the Internet and I had the pleasure of working with Butch Shearer, who was very quick and professional with all of his information and answers. When I came to see the car I got a lot of help from Antonio Vecchio. He spent a great amount of time showing me the many features of the car and giving a lot of healpful explanation. He was very friendly, knowlageble and I felt very comfortable with him as if I were dealing with a long time friend. This was a great experience for me! Phil Cash and Howard Kriol finished the deal quickly and accurately. They were at the perfect point of being persistent but reasonoble too. This is a really great team and it was a real pleasure to work with each of them! More

Didn't really have a bad experience at any showroom, but found the atmosphere the most relaxed here and felt the staff to be the easiest to deal with. Both the salesman Nathan and the manger Tim were sincere and direct and it took little time to conclude a deal. And it took amazingly little time to conclude the financing with the business manager Jesse. The experience erased my long held misgivings about car buying and my stereotypes of the people involved. These were good guys. More

Thankfully the car is in really good shape, but there were still a few items I was hoping to have repaired. When I went to the dealership for service I learned that my factory warranty had expired the week prior. I only learned this after Larry, the service manager I worked with, answered my question of when my warranty expired. He had already ordered the parts and was going to make the repairs without charging me since my warranty had just expired. All the repairs we made, the service was great, and Larry and More Mazda have certainly earned an enthusiastic repeat customer. I would highly recommend working with Larry and More Mazda to anyone that needs work done on their car! More

Bobby is incredibly friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I loved his no-pressure approach–not a single call or e-mail unless responding to my questions. Sadly, in the end I faced several stereotypical car sales tactics, so I’m unable to consider my experience anything other than “average”. After agreeing on price over e-mail, I was surprised and disappointed that the numbers changed when I arrived to take possession. Other dealer stereotypes included movement on finance terms (despite having a credit score over 800), heavy pressure on the extended warranty, and getting the "if you come in tonight" line. We ultimately agreed to a deal--and I LOVE the car!--but the strategies used left me feeling that More Mazda is no different from a typical dealership. More
Great first new car purchasing experience I had recently moved from Ireland back to the country for work and was shopping for my first new car. Worried about the pushy stigma dealers have, I had done my 'homework' in advance. When shopping around at More Mazda, Butch had become my main salesperson. He'd known that I'd done my homework beforehand and dissolved the stereotype I was afraid of... Himself (and later Phil) was upfront and honest with everything. Butch didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want - he was there to answer all my questions and help me get the exact car that I was looking for. Unfortunately for him, I was an indecisive customer to the end, but he was patient and dealt with my decision making. Of course, throughout the process, I had been looking at other makes/models of cars at other dealerships, and 75% of them DID fall into that pushy and aggravating stereotype -- and it made me feel good that I chose the right people to purchase my car from. On a side note, the 2016 Mazda Grand Touring is a beautiful looking and fantastic-to-drive car, and I'd highly recommend purchasing! More
To the point and not pushy! I stopped into More Mazda to get a starting price point. I had not intention of buy that day even though I have been car shopping for a week or two. I knew exactly what I wanted and Bobby understood that. He gave me a deal I couldn't resist and ended up buying a car that night. They worked with me through getting the title and all the paper work completed. I'm so happy I stopped in and talked with them. They did try to up sale a lot on the extended warranty, but that was the only time I felt like they were trying to push me into anything. Even then it wasn't that bad. He gave me the info and let me decide. I will recommend these guys to my family when they are ready to buy a new car. More
