Outstanding Service I came in for an oil change but had asked Larry (my service guy) about something related to my dashboard. He told me it was a common issue and I could I came in for an oil change but had asked Larry (my service guy) about something related to my dashboard. He told me it was a common issue and I could get it replaced with my warranty. He immediately offered me a courtesy ride to my home in which he would pick me up when my car was done. I neglected to remember my keys for my house with my car and we had to turn back. At this point he informed me that I had an oil leak and luckily it was also covered by warranty. He said he would need the car overnight and rushed me to an Enterprise rent a car down the road to get me in a vehicle for the day at the expense of More Mazda (probably due to the warranty allowing such a thing). When I returned the next day it was a swift and easy transaction as all I had to do was sign a paper and I was off. I even was able to leave the rental car there and Enterprise picked it up from there. This was such a swift, easy going, and great customer service experience! They even detailed my car! Definitely went above and beyond my expectations. They've made me a loyal Mazda owner. Thank you Larry and team at More Mazda! More

Great service competitive pricing We went to about 4 or 5 different dealerships and they didn't seem to care what we wanted. Tim, the sales manager, was my contact person and originally provided me with the Carfax and was wil phone call and several visits to the dealership. Though he wasn't easy to reach, being sales manager, he did connect me with a sales person who was helpful and answered my questions. There was no pressure to buy, just assistance. The pricing was very good in my case and the deal went smoothly. No issues with this dealer, smaller and more intimate than some sales models making it easier and more personal.
