I spoke with your manager the night I returned the car to you, and the manager seemed less than sympathetic, and frankly did not care. You're right, it ISN'T normal practice for any customer service field to treat someone the way that I was treated. I was going to go elsewhere after being screamed at on the sales floor over your advertisement mistake, yet the man in charge of the online marketing offered me a deal for how sorry that he was for what took place. Out of his own paycheck he paid for tint, a full tank of gas, and defogging of the headlights, so I stayed for the deal. My car wasn't ready on time, the fluids were NOT flushed, despite watching it get washed in the back where customers normally don't go, and fluids are supposedly changed. When I explained that I needed to wait for my pay stubs from my staffing agency, it seemed everyone at the dealership became involved, telling me that if I didn't return the car right away, your dealership was coming to take it. Terrible experience. Still, would not recommend.
