The incentives were presented to me over the phone and by e-mail before I visited the dealership, in a very understandable manner. Once I got there I was presented with a written synopsis which clearly defined the transaction exactly as it was discussed over the phone. I was given a fair price for my trade and for my new vehicle and all the buying options were patiently explored for me by both my salesman, Dennis, and Tim, the dealership's manager. Of course when you have an excellent product, which the Mazda is, in my opinion, You simply have to be knowledgable enough to explain the attributes and let the customer experience the drive and build quality, which the folks at More Mazda did very well!
