Needless to say when I decided to purchase a car, I stayed in state and therefor could not purchase from my dad. However, that did not change my expectations while shopping for a car. Before going to Mazda I went to several other more well known car companies. I left all of them feeling uncared for and not in love with their product. After those experiences I looked online at top cars of 2015 on several different websites and there was no hiding the fact that Mazda was beating out the other cars. This lead me in to More Mazda....and I am so pleased I went there. I have had my car seven months (almost to the day) and have not had a bad experience. The customer service throughout buying the car and since has been amazing. Thank you for this wonderful car and for treating me like a real person during the process, and not another couple of dollars on your paycheck. I also must say the finance advisor P. Cash was amazing. I was unaware that the monthly cost went up if you included the warranty. He worked with me to create a 75 month payment plan to keep the car in my budget. Once again., thank you! Eventually it was time to trade in the Mazda 5, and it seemed natural to explore the options available to us within the dealership that has taken such good care of our vehicles for so many years. I have to say that Tim Tracey's sales department took very good care of us! Of course, we shopped around - even at other Mazda dealerships - but the personable care we got from Tim and Jerry just couldn't be beat. They never attempted to coerce or manipulate us. They didn't use tired, or even laughable sales lines. They were real. They understood that a car is a big purchase - it has to reasonably meet the needs of working parents and their children.
