Jon Dravis and Brett Gouvia made the pricing process straightforward and everything was basically agreed upon before I got to the dealership. The vehicle I wanted was already sold before I got there but it honestly seemed like a communication issue rather than a sales tactic. Also, to their credit, they offered to work with my budget on an upgraded vehicle but I decided on another brand. Overall a good dealership to work with. More

I never felt pressure to buy and didn't have to feel like I was being pushed into buying a car. I would recommend Bobby to anyone interested in buying a Mazda. More

Outstanding Service I came in for an oil change but had asked Larry (my service guy) about something related to my dashboard. He told me it was a common issue and I could I came in for an oil change but had asked Larry (my service guy) about something related to my dashboard. He told me it was a common issue and I could get it replaced with my warranty. He immediately offered me a courtesy ride to my home in which he would pick me up when my car was done. I neglected to remember my keys for my house with my car and we had to turn back. At this point he informed me that I had an oil leak and luckily it was also covered by warranty. He said he would need the car overnight and rushed me to an Enterprise rent a car down the road to get me in a vehicle for the day at the expense of More Mazda (probably due to the warranty allowing such a thing). When I returned the next day it was a swift and easy transaction as all I had to do was sign a paper and I was off. I even was able to leave the rental car there and Enterprise picked it up from there. This was such a swift, easy going, and great customer service experience! They even detailed my car! Definitely went above and beyond my expectations. They've made me a loyal Mazda owner. Thank you Larry and team at More Mazda! More
