I used my USAA Car Buying Program and was happy to see that Yuma's Sonora Nissan had one of the Best prices available. I showed up and was immediately greeted by Irvin Ceballos. Once we found the vehicle I wanted Irvin took care of the documents and got the vehicle ready for my Mom, whom I was buying the vehicle for. Irvin went over the vehicle How To's and description very well. The next day, I showed up with my Mom and Irvin took the time to go over all the vehicle details and instructions, even the layout of the dealership. Irvin was very thorough and patient with my Mom, who has never had a new vehicle before, in making sure that she fully understood the functions of the vehicle.
