Our Salesman Carlos Solano made purchasing our vehicle as painless as possible by working with us through email and text message to figure out all of the details that worked best for us. He had everything ready for us when we arrived at the dealership, saving us valuable time. Carlos and Octavio Chacon worked out a great deal for us on our new vehicle, rivaling those offered in Phoenix and Tucson. Danny Munoz who handled our financing and paper work, was just as professional at answering our questions and explaining everything we were looking at. As I mentioned earlier, Carlos and Octavio, handled everything prior to us ever coming in. We arrived ,test drove our vehicle then signed the paper work that Danny had ready and waiting for us. This is our third Altima, and the service does not stop with the sale. Lisa Rimmer and Eric Pastrana in the service department are extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented. They are there for you long after the sale. We take our Nissan bought vehicles to them, as well as others bought elsewhere. They are that good.
