Understanding the situation fully, it's important to clarify that the issue stemmed from an aftermarket Lojack device installed by the dealer from which the vehicle was purchased. Such installations can sometimes lead to complex diagnostic challenges, which unfortunately was the case here. Despite the efforts of our service team, the diagnostic process was hindered by the aftermarket product, leading to an extended resolution time which we understand was highly frustrating for you. We want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously. Upon review of your case, we've taken steps to work directly with General Motors and the selling dealer to find a resolution.
