I dropped off my 2023 Chevy Tahoe at Hoselton because the battery was dying in my garage. I was informed by Paul in Service that they would check it out, and as the car was only 6 months old, everything would be covered under warranty. After countless diagnostics over 3 weeks, the service department couldn’t figure out what the problem was. To cover their tail, Paul blamed the problem on a dealer installed Lojack device, which, of course voided the warranty EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DEALER INSTALLED. So I was suddenly on the hook for $2,300 of diagnostic work as well as a loaner, which at least Paul and one other said would also be covered as well. What could I do? I now had a loaner that was accruing daily charges. And yes, my car battery was still dead and I actually had to jump it to get it off the lot. At least one of the service guys had the decency to help me jump it so I could drive it away. More
Lucky enough to get a salesman named Mike Tyson very nice young man didn't play any games he was personable and very professional and no bogus fees. Over a month ago, Brian DiSanto called and offered to refund my recent service expense of just over $500 dollars to settle my earlier complaint about brake rotor replacement. Over the last five years, I've done about $20,000 of business with the service department of Hoselton. My most recent visit will likely be my last. Hoselton replaced my brake rotors about 10,000 mil business with the service department of Hoselton. My most recent visit will likely be my last. Hoselton replaced my brake rotors about 10,000 miles ago and during my inspection visit, they told me that the rotors were rusted out and delaminating. I requested that the parts be kept so I could look at them. Suspiciously, the parts were discarded so I could not look at the condition of the parts. I contacted the service director and got no response. I hope the $500 you got from me is worth the loss of the future business. More

First time leasing made easy! I came to Hoselton Chevrolet to lease my first car and I couldn't be happier. I was initially apprehensive about the process but David made everything I came to Hoselton Chevrolet to lease my first car and I couldn't be happier. I was initially apprehensive about the process but David made everything so easy and he was constantly reassuring me along the way, answering any questions that I had. David was not only patient with me as I asked to test drive several cars, but he was also very professional. Not to mention, he worked outside of his regular work schedule to stay with me throughout the process. I was in and out with my new 2018 Chevy Equinox the same day, which was super convenient since I live in Buffalo and was only in town for the weekend. It was definitely worth the trip to be taken such great care of! More

hoselton Chevrolet service is the best had a problem when I was leaving for vacation that had been planned for a long time, when I called the service manager Mike Hueston who was very help had a problem when I was leaving for vacation that had been planned for a long time, when I called the service manager Mike Hueston who was very helpful and got the car fixed and got my family on the road. I have had great expeirences with this service dept and give them all the praise they deserve. The customer lounge is the best around. More
Great dealership BUT horrible service after the sale I recently purchased 2008 Chevy Uplander on 05-02-14. After I have this van for 2 weeks I notice that the rear windshield wipers doesn't work properly I recently purchased 2008 Chevy Uplander on 05-02-14. After I have this van for 2 weeks I notice that the rear windshield wipers doesn't work properly so I called, email and text the sales person that I've been work with but what I got from the sales person was he ignore my calls, email and text. I am so SPEECHLESS because I only bought for just two week. I have no clue what's going on so, I decide to order the parts and fix it myself. However, I will definitely return to this dealership but NOT gonna go back to this employee again. More
