Their staff is what sets them apart from the rest of the dealerships in the area. Steve did an excellent job listening to what truck I wanted and he very easily found the truck I wanted and in the price range I wanted. Michael was excellent to work with and has been excellent to work with after the purchase. I purchased a few options that needed installation after the purchase and between the sales department and service department all of my needs were met. Both Michael and Erik went out of their way to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and service I received. Exceptional job by Erik in making sure the installation of the optional equipment was a perfect as it could be. He always made sure I was happy with the work done or he corrected it in a timely manner. Chris in service always made sure there was a vehicle waiting for me as to not interrupt my daily activities. Always done right. Great customer service! We came in for some warranty work (leaking engine cooler line). We added a transmission fluid change that was recommended by the customer service rep We came in for some warranty work (leaking engine cooler line). We added a transmission fluid change that was recommended by the customer service rep because of mileage (approaching 60k). They finished a little ahead of schedule and we were off and running. We drive 60 miles (120 round trip) to have our truck serviced at House! We find they are great to work with. More
