My family is been going to Buena Park Mercedes HOI for almost 10 years. This is the best place to bring your MB car for any car maintenance service. The employees here are fantastic individuals from the parking attendant, service technicians and the service consultants are very professional, courteous and caring. HOI Buena Park is very clean and organized. The waiting room is cozy and relaxing. My service consultant Melissa Nguyen is beyond exceptional. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the service and maintenance. I am truly happy to be a repeated customer to Buena Park HOI. I highly recommend this place. More
