I brought my SUV for recall service. I ensured that it was clean before leaving it to Allison (service advisor at House of Imports Buena Park) and her technicians. I am rating the overall experience with heavy emphasis on Allison’s performance as a 3. I would still recommend the dealership/service department, because Allison may not necessarily reflect all of their employees. 1 star deducted for returning my car dirty. 1 star deducted for not leaving an email or text follow up on at least a weekly basis. I recommend emphasizing service experience and improving it, namely returning cars clean and at least weekly follow ups prn. More

This review is for the Service Department ONLY. My experience with the Sales Department at this store is very different. When we bought our first Mercedes almost three years ago, we started using Hous experience with the Sales Department at this store is very different. When we bought our first Mercedes almost three years ago, we started using House of Imports for service. We were lucky to get Bryan assigned to us. He, a really good guy, communicates well and gets the job done as quickly as possible. I'm sure their service will get even better when the big construction project underway there is finished. More
This was definitely not the experience I was expecting at a Mercedes dealership. First of all i told them I really need my car, I have been taking Ubers to work everyday costing $90 a day. Not only did they throw me on the back burner they didn't even start on my car for 4 weeks!! My car was in there over a month for a simple EIS replacement. When I go to pay they gave me a price of $1000 more than what we agreed on. So I go to pick up my car and it's FILTHY!!! They didn't even wash it. I couldn't believe they let a car they fixed go off the lot looking like that, unacceptable! Their excuse was because they didn't want to move it because the battery was low. HELLO! Why wouldn't they change it?! So I drive the car off the lot and pop into the store, I go to turn my car on and it's DEAD!! I'm so bummed and shocked, I'm at a loss for words.... More
