I had a very bad and frustrated experience there when I recently looked for a new car. I specifically told them to be honest and no game before I went to there. However, those guys are just liar and cheate recently looked for a new car. I specifically told them to be honest and no game before I went to there. However, those guys are just liar and cheaters, not trustworthy at all. Be warned and be prepared whatever they would say to you. They usually advertised a very attractive price(below MSVP on one specific vehicle), and wouldn't tell any detail, just push you to their dealership as usually. When you were there, then they would present you the much higher price than MSRP price with useless so-called 'protection plan' which adds over $3000). If you want the advertised price, they would tell you that's a special price(with lots of conditions) and most likely you wouldn't get it unless you agree the some very expensive addon options and very high rate financing, make you believe you got close to that price but actually you end of paying way more. I definitely would like to give it a negative score if possible. I will NEVER go back there and advice everyone else does the same. All it has just lies, tricks, traps and push to rip customer off. Bait and Switch strategy is their main tool to use, dishonest is another big problem from sales to managers. And they were extremely rude once they failed their sale strategy. I guaranty that you would NEVER get their special advertised price because it is full of various traps which would end of paying way more than others. STAY AWAY FROM THOSE CROOKS!!! More

I have purchased several Hyundai vehicles and I will never go back to Northwest Hyundai for service. I asked to speak to service manager (Jose Gonzales) to discuss issue with my vehicle and he instead s never go back to Northwest Hyundai for service. I asked to speak to service manager (Jose Gonzales) to discuss issue with my vehicle and he instead sent out a technician out to help me instead of taking take to meet with me. Customer service was a "0" out of 1 of 10. More
Was interested in a used car they had there. I was also trading in mine as part of the deal. I sent them an offer I already had on mine and was told that they would match or beat it. I was also I was also trading in mine as part of the deal. I sent them an offer I already had on mine and was told that they would match or beat it. I was also texted multiple times about when I would get there so they could have the one is was looking at ready. Well, it was not ready, and the person I had an appointment with was not there..was supposedly out getting food 5 minutes after he texted me wondering where I was. The car they showed me was dirty inside and out, and had no gas. Then they told me they could not come anywhere close to the offer they told me in writing that they would match or beat. It was $8000 under as a matter of fact. I drove from Richmond, all the way there based on lies. Never going there again. More
Lies and disrespectful. They told us they could match an offer and to come over. After spending over an hour the finally said they couldn’t even get close to the offer from They told us they could match an offer and to come over. After spending over an hour the finally said they couldn’t even get close to the offer from the other dealership but they could sell the car for $49k (other offer was 32K). When we told the manager we were disappointed due to the lie to make us come. He was super rude and insulted us. More
Took Santa Cruz to the dealership for recall work, 7:00am, was told it would take a couple of hours to complete. At 9:00am I asked if the vehicle was ready. Paul, Service Associate, went into the shop 7:00am, was told it would take a couple of hours to complete. At 9:00am I asked if the vehicle was ready. Paul, Service Associate, went into the shop to check, came back and informed me that the work couldn't be done because they didn't have the proper tool. A technician was sent to get the tool (off site) and the work would be completed in the afternoon. 1. In what world is it okay to schedule an appointment with a customer to make a recall repair and "not" have the tools required to complete it? 2. Upon finding out that they couldn't have the recall work done within the estimated time, due to not having the proper tools, they compounded the problem by not informing me of the issue and let me sit in the waiting room. Had I not inquired, no telling how long I would have had to wait. This is the 4th time we've had an issue with Northwest Hyundai Service. More
We were pleasantly great in a timely manor, shown the vehicles we requested to see also in a timely manor. Our sales person was amazing Andrea helped us tremendously. Love her and would purchase another vehicles we requested to see also in a timely manor. Our sales person was amazing Andrea helped us tremendously. Love her and would purchase another vehicle from her anytime. We couldn't have had a better experience with Andrea Paniagua. She was knowledgeable in the vehicles we were interested in and very attentive to us while we were at the dealership. She also was very helpful to me when I need assistance with some of the features in the vehicle after the sale. She is a keeper for Northwest Hyundai sales force as far as I'm concerned. More
My wife and I were interested in purchasing a 2023 Hyundai Palisade. Most dealers in the Houston area are offering $500 refundable deposits to hold a vehicle. Northwest Hyundai required a $1000 non-re Hyundai Palisade. Most dealers in the Houston area are offering $500 refundable deposits to hold a vehicle. Northwest Hyundai required a $1000 non-refundable deposit. We completed the deposit, but changed our mind within a few days. Our request for a refund was denied because apparently, multiple customers had come in and weren't able to buy the car. Obviously though, only person could have purchased it. I understand having a policy in place, but $1K is a lot of money, and that car is extremely popular, it's going to sell. Just a terrible policy, and they wasted an opportunity to retain a future customer. Would love for them to see this and reach back out. More
I had a terrible experience negotiating with Kal Aouad. It was the stereotypical definition of the worst you can find in a dealership. Inflated market adjustments, undesired add ons, treating clients like It was the stereotypical definition of the worst you can find in a dealership. Inflated market adjustments, undesired add ons, treating clients like they are ignorant on financing. All to get you to make a losing deal light-years above MSRP. They used all of the predatory practices you can expect from your typical car salesman. At some point he brought his coworker over and they both raised their voices telling me I wasn't serious about buying a car. It's as if they had regressed to some type of schoolyard bullies. It was all very pathetic. Do your best to stay away from this dealership and their shady practices. Plenty of places out there that deserve your time and money. I hope I can save someone the stress of dealing with Northwest Hyundai. More
I'd stay away. Walked in to purchase a Hyundai Venue. The numbers they gave me were obscene, along with an absolutely offensive lowball offer for my trade of a 202 Walked in to purchase a Hyundai Venue. The numbers they gave me were obscene, along with an absolutely offensive lowball offer for my trade of a 2020 Mustang with less than 30k miles.. I walked away. They called me back with a much better offer so I sent my husband in to apply for financing. They then tried to mark up the price of the car by THOUSANDS, saying that since they gave me more for my trade that they had to raise the price of the car. As if somehow that makes it a better deal. I'm not an idiot. If you give me more for my trade and then raise the price of the new car, then it's the same price! Also unchanging for things that were supposedly included in the sticker price. So we told them not to contact us again. Then I got another text late at night last night to try to convince me that they're giving me a "good deal" . I ignored them. Then they called AGAIN this morning. Funny that they're still desperately trying to sell us the car given that they tried to pressure us yesterday by saying someone else was there trying to buy the same car. Obviously they didn't offer them a good deal either or they'd be leaving me alone by now. I'll shop elsewhere. If I'm going to pay 29k for a car, I want a 29k car... not a 24k car that's been jacked up to 29k due to my "higher trade value." Shady. More
