Yes and no I had a good experience with buying my new truck. Jeff and both finance guys sorry i don't remember their names were great. I wouldn't take it back to the service department if i didn't have to. They did the Certified Pre owned inspection on it all 172 items they say. I had the truck for 2 days and it has been in the shop for 5 days now. They keep pushing me back further and further. I went in to check on it yesterday and i was told Tuesday or Wednesday. I went in Saturday and was told parts were ordered Friday, I went in yesterday ( Monday ) and was told parts wasn't placed on order ( Monday ) until then and they might be in Tuesday. his is a 2020 with 5500 miles on it it seems like they would jump through hoops to keep a customer happy that just spent over 40000.00. They have some type of 7 day policy to exchange or cancel the sell. If i don't get it back today i will test that policy. I want to repeat this the showroom side was fine it was service that i have a issue with. More
