I was told I would have a car to drive since my car was under warranty… I did not, my appointment was scheduled with this advisor and I could not get my car inspected for the warranty issue. I was late to my next appt because I had to wait for the oil change and will need to return to get this issue resolved. I drive from out of town to your dealership. I have been a loyal Customer since 2005 when I bought a car from you and have used your service department since then as well. Very disappointed with my recent visit! More

$150 Diagnostic fee is said up front. Not that the fee applies anything they check. I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up. The charge was $289 and Nothing was found to be wrong!? We were traveling from Fayetteville NC to Wellsville NY and suddenly our 2018 2500 HD Silverado loss power and we had an emissions error so we immediately found the closet dealer. We arrived right at openi and suddenly our 2018 2500 HD Silverado loss power and we had an emissions error so we immediately found the closet dealer. We arrived right at opening at the service dept and was assisted by Brian Schiegel. He took great care to get us back on the road ASAP, stating the parts we needed were in stock and one of their best mechanics was on the job. The original job was estimated at 9.5 hours, yet we were out of there by 3 pm and the shuttle driver took my wife to get lunch and kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything. When we are ready to purchase a new truck, we will go to Hubert Vester Chevorlet, hoping their sales dept is as good as their service dept. More
