Don't bother scheduling an appointment with this dealership. If the vehicle you want to see happens to get sold, they won't bother notifyiing you. If that were the case, I don't think they would have waited more than 20 minutes after my arrival to finally let me know the vehicle I came for had been sold. I understand it being a first come, first served business, but at least have some decency. I'll never step foot on the lot of any Hubert Vester owned dealership. The actions of the employees are a reflection of the ownership and I'll kindly let you take other potential customers for granted, but you won't have the opportunity to insult me again. More

An appointment should be your time not just to get me into the service department. I even gave them the problem before taking it to them and they did not even check to see if they had the part or could into the service department.
