I only gave 4 stars as the vehicle I purchased supposedly had aftermarket exhaust components that, I feel, should have been noticed during the time it was on the lot since it was causing a CEL once I drove it off the lot. While that was suspicious, they have handled it well by providing me a loaner, even though I let them know I was traveling for a funeral up the coast, and providing consistent communication during the process of repairing my vehicle to be as expected for buying a certified vehicle.
