I would just like to say how professional and great my Holiday disaster was handled! From my anxious call to Bryanna, to the very helpful, step by step course of replacement to the transmission that faile Holiday disaster was handled! From my anxious call to Bryanna, to the very helpful, step by step course of replacement to the transmission that failed while on I-95 South, during a very busy Thanksgiving travel day. Ronnie Clark handled all the details, from checking on warranty’s and seeing the availability of even having a transmission to replace old one within a short period of time. Since my wife , 7 year granddaughter and I were approximately 300 miles from home and about the same from our destination in South Carolina, our nerves were a bit on edge! Through Ronnie’s professionalism, it did calm us down, and we did get things worked out getting to our destination! Two other people I would like to thank also, is the very polite man that gave us a ride to the nearby mall so we did not have to cross busy roadway with our granddaughter. Taylor was also very helpful getting car set so we could pick it when the business was closed. Overall, this Holiday that was not starting out very well, did end very nice with reaching our destination and enjoying Thanksgiving! We picked our vehicle up and it ran very well back to our home.
