The parts and service department need a lot of help. Ordered parts that were not mine and charged me for them. Did get that straight. I had to call to check if they came in and was told they were waiting for the person that ordered them to call me. That is not right. That is why customers are upset and not satisfied with these departments. Last if a customer has issues with there bill it needs to be explained to them and not pushed aside as if you don't know what is going on. Very poor communication between departments ALL. More

Once we got to the dealership, Jason Bell was great. Johnny was super helpful too. We could not get an answer and that's IF we could get anyone to answer the phone. We decided to risk the 1hr drive and luckily the car was there. The girl at the reception desk didn't even look up when we walked in the door, much less greet us. I do like the car I purchased. BUT the next day, I could tell the car had been smoked in. They definitely made it smell better for me to look and test drive, and by the next day it was back to smelling like smoke. I have been researching ways to get the smoke out all week. Jason was very helpful and made me feel comfortable purchasing. I'm glad he was there to help because otherwise, we would have turned around and walked out the way the girl at the front desk was acting. More
