I really appreciate getting the text updates. Josh is the only employee that has told me that the car wash coupon expired after a month. I had no idea before then. I usually kind of dread coming in because of some of your female employees (not Brittney) could be stoic and not friendly. My appointment was for a safety recall and they were able to get me in the following day at a time that worked for me. They checked me in as soon as I arrived and had the repair completed in about half an ho to get me in the following day at a time that worked for me. I have alway been impressed with the service department. My one disappointment from this visit is the format of the inspection report I received today versus what I have been given since 2013. It used to be laid out differently with red, yellow and green colors indicating what needed attention and how urgent it was. With the new format of the report I received I came away not sure what needs urgent attention versus what is just recommended service. It is very confusing. Even after asking questions at the dealership upon receipt of this, I got home and looked at it further and still have more questions about what really needs attention on my vehicle. I was told everything is ok, but there are several items that say “alert, “ so I am still confused by the report and don’t know if I need to service anything further. Please go back to the old format with the red/yelllow/green colors for your report. It was much easier to understand. More
