During the initial vehicle inspection a oil leak from the oil pan wasn't disclosed. They replaced a transmission and still failed to address the issue. That vehicle has less than 100,000 miles on it and I purchased the extended warranty plan. ALL maintenance has been done at the dealership. The wheel hub should not have broken with less than 100,000 miles, thus leaving me stranded. Additionally, the extended warranty didn't cover the repairs. To add insult to injury, I had to pay for the tow bill that I thought was covered under the warranty I thought I had. At least I got a loaner vehicle as my truck is also my work vehicle. Thank you for that. I had to pick an employee in the review, I honestly do not remember the name of who I worked with. More
