We have always been part of the Buick family. As a child Buick was the car I rode in, and when I met my future in-laws they also drove a Buick. My wife and I have been customers of Mark Buick in Yonkers New Buick was the car I rode in, and when I met my future in-laws they also drove a Buick. My wife and I have been customers of Mark Buick in Yonkers New York since 1973 and we were saddened when they closed their business. However their service techs moved to local GM service areas and we continued to have our 2008 Lucerne and 2008 Lacrosse serviced by them. As the lease term drew to an end we were at a loss as to where to continue as Buick customers. We were fortunate to learn that Bob O'Connell Sr. was at a GM dealership in Yonkers. They did not sell Buicks but Bob's son was at Hudson Buick in Poughkeepsie. We drove up to see him on Saturday July 30. The selection of cars was great. We selected a 2011 LaCrosse and a 2011 Regal Turbo. Love at first sight. The paperwork was acomplished at that time and the cars were promised to us the following Monday and Tuesday. At those times Bob O'Connell brought first the LaCrosse on Monday and the Regal on Tuesday to us. He showed us how everything worked and was patient and he knew how to convey this information to us. My wife and I wish to compliment Mike Mullaney at Hudson Buick for allowing us to continue to be Buick owners and to thank him for having the familar face of Bob O;Connell,(Jr) to keep us behind the wheel of two new Buicks. More

His personality and friendliness (along with his knowledge) made the experience very satisfying - especially since we put a deposit on my new GMC Sierra at 10:30 Tuesday morning and I drove it home at 5:30 Tuesday afternoon. We were placed in the competent hands of Robert (Bobby) O'Connell. We explained our needs and Bobby offered us a few options. He is an engaging gentleman and was both knowledgeable and affable. We quickly narrowed our choices down to two and ultimately decided on the 2009 Lincoln MKZ. We closed the deal within two hours. In a most efficient manner our car was ready within two days. This family run company is extraordinarily congenial and professional. We visited five other car dealerships in the recent past. None come close to Hudson Cadillac Buick GMC. We give them an A+!!
