jerked me around. never returned phone calls. I ordered retractable steps to be installed. I called several times for two weeks to find out the status only to be told by Tyler that he would find out what was going on and call me back. He NEVER once returned a phone call! Finally after 2 weeks of their run around I asked for the service manager to have my money refunded. I have a Jeep dealership a couple miles from my house, but have always used the Hudson dealership because that's where I bought my Jeep. I will NO longer use that dealership! More

Lies and deceit I had my vehicle in for service three weeks prior, the repair did not fix the problem. Thus, I returned it for further evaluation. A text later in the I had my vehicle in for service three weeks prior, the repair did not fix the problem. Thus, I returned it for further evaluation. A text later in the morning revealed that I needed to spend another $1000 to fix the problem it didn’t fix the first time. Upon some frustration on my part that the problem wasn’t fixed the first time, I declined the service. my frustration must have prompted a second look at the issue, resulting in evaluation that the initial fix was indeed the problem and a gasket was torn that they completely missed. Mitch, the manager that called me, revealed that they didn’t even bother to look at it prior to quoting me $1000 for a part that wasn’t needed. Lies, Deceit and swindle to try and get $1000 from me. Not only will I never trust loser again for service, I will never ever ever consider buying new vehicles from them. And I will make sure that friends and family are aware of what they attempted to do to me. More
Surprised!! I bought an oil change and tire rotation package . I was in the day before my oil change and was quoted $169 ( conventional oil ) , but when I got the I bought an oil change and tire rotation package . I was in the day before my oil change and was quoted $169 ( conventional oil ) , but when I got there the next day for oil change and tire rotation I was told I could ONLY use synthetic oil otherwise my warranty on vehicle would not be possibly covered for engine. I was surprised! That shot the package price up to around a hundred dollars more Than what I was quoted! When I bought the 2016 Grand Cherokke Jeep from your dealership I was told back in April that I could use conventional oil and that there would not be a problem, so this warranty issue on engine came as a shock to me if I would not use synthetic. Then the other shock was that they said my air filter for vehicle cabin was dirty and needed to be replaced at a tune of around $68. Another surprise, as I had just bought the vehicle 7 months earlier in April and inspection checks showed all was good. I do not live on a dirt road, my driveway is asphalt and vehicle is on cement floor in new garage just built 4 months before purchase of vehicle. So, how could it have gotten so dirty in that little of time. I do not travel long distances and only use the vehicle for home use shopping. I was told that if I didn't replace it the air would be unhealthy to breath in vehicle cabin . I had it replaced then. So, coming into your service I expected to pay $169 and left with two surprises and a bill of around $340. I left disappointed with these surprises and I hope not to find out I was taken advantage of by your service center, as I like the dealership. I am a senior on a set income amount of Social Security and the extra charges were a shock when I was told an amount just the day before when I made it a point to come into the dealership to get a quote. They had looked up my info for the vehicle on that day and quoted me $169. Then the day I come in I hear a different story. Not good customer service. More
