did not fix the issue I brought the car in for I brought the car in for an intermittent problems with the windshield wipers. At the time I took the car in the wipers were working, but at times they I brought the car in for an intermittent problems with the windshield wipers. At the time I took the car in the wipers were working, but at times they would freeze up. A restart of the car and they would work again. I was told I needed a new wiper motor. I authorized and paid for the repair. When I picked up my car and tried the wipers, they did not work at all. After 3 restarts they started and froze in the up position. I left the car at the dealer as the problem was not fixed and was actually worse than before they worked on it, as a restart did not get the wipers operational again as it had before. After leaving the car there for another day, they were not able to identify the problem. I asked for an refund to the costs I had paid for the wiper motor replacement and was denied. I then asked to split the costs of the wiper motor replacement, as it did not fix the issue I brought the car in, for and have received no answerer to date. I do not have confidence in their work anymore and will be taking my car elsewhere for service. More

From the minute I check in until I talk to the technician (if necessary) I feel that they have my back. I recently noted that I felt my engine wasn't idling right. Instead of trying to do something that didn't need to be done, the technician explained different scenarios that could cause the sound. They all sounded appropriate to the use of my Jeep. I am always able to fit an appointment within my crazy schedule. I am very pleased that I bought my Jeep and have it serviced at Hudson Jeep. Thank you everyone! More
Decent experience My wife and I purchased a 2019 Durango. We dealt with Joe Ard. He was awesome to work with. Unfortunately, the financial guy Zach was not as pleasant. My wife and I purchased a 2019 Durango. We dealt with Joe Ard. He was awesome to work with. Unfortunately, the financial guy Zach was not as pleasant. He is very cut and dry. No, personality whatsoever and lacks communication skills. He didn’t tell anyone that we would be in at an earlier time to pick up our new vehicle. We had to come back 3 hours later to pickup our vehicle after we were told that everything would be ready and it would only take 30 minutes to get everything done. Which is awesome when you have 3 young kids. Not cool to have to come back 3 hours later and then have to sign paperwork twice because Zach made another mess up. More

Hard to get in/ long wait So I started going to Hudson Chrysler because of there reasonable price and the punch card that they had for buy 5 get the 6th free. I have tried to u So I started going to Hudson Chrysler because of there reasonable price and the punch card that they had for buy 5 get the 6th free. I have tried to use the express lube 4 times and each attempt they were to busy to get it done by the end of the day. I had to finally make a appointment and then that took 3 hours to change oil and rotate the tires I guess in part to a broken stud when they tried to rotate the tires. We just purchased a new Cherokee yesterday at Hudson Chrysler but I’m not sure if getting things serviced there is a good idea any longer. Friendly staff but either lack of or qualifications are making availability and wait times longer. Why did the punch card go away?!? More

Ben could see we were intent on getting the deal from introduction to sign out in under 2 hours and he made it happen. Turned on the A/C for the first time this year, got hot air Fortunately the car has a forever warrantee and it was time for a oil change. Your service people said that the A/C checkout had to be on it's own app Fortunately the car has a forever warrantee and it was time for a oil change. Your service people said that the A/C checkout had to be on it's own appointment because it takes an hour. So, had to make another appointment. Service found that rear condenser was leaking and needed replacement. I left the car there overnight and got a call the next morning that the repairs were complete. Great. I beat the heat and it only costs me 100.00. Weather forecast was for hot hot and I was concerned that the repairs would take a while. All done in a day and the car is cool. Thank you. More
