Great Jeep Nice Salesman Really like my jeep! Last used vehicle I bought, I had my pix taken with it & the pix was included in a portfolio that held my paperwork. The dealor Really like my jeep! The dealorship said my vehicle would be covered by their insurance for 5 days until I added it to mine. Then I drove off with a full tank of gas & felt like I had been treated like a queen. At Luther I was disappointed that I paid $100 more than was agreed upon with my jeep purchase, & they took a copy of my insurance card as the jeep would be covered for 5 days by my existing auto insurance. And even though I spent over $27k, I was told only new cars are given a full tank of gas. I had driven 2 hrs out of state to get my jeep. Guess I expected more from a large dealorship. Sometimes it's the small things that make a customer feel valued. Other than that, Gary was a very nice salesman & so was Kyle & I'm happy with my jeep! More

Very disappointed I have been getting the oil changes for my grand caravan there since we bought it six years ago. Lately, it seems like every time we take the vehicle I have been getting the oil changes for my grand caravan there since we bought it six years ago. Lately, it seems like every time we take the vehicle there, something is wrong afterward. This time, I was asked if I wanted a car wash, it has always been part of the oil change deal, so I don't know why I was being asked. Afterward, when I was ready to sign the papers, I found out I was being charged for the oil change when I am still supposed to get it for free. Shouldn't they have that info in their system? Last time they tried to charge me for a tire rotation that I didn't ask for or agree to before I signed the papers. I saw Tracy both times, and I don't know what the deal is with her but you need to be very careful with her. If she could, she would charge you for breathing at that place. I still have free oil changes there, but I am not going back. After the two last oil changes, I have had to fix the air, and now I have to get the brakes done. I have had the brakes done 3 months ago, you tell me! More
