Disappointed with conflicting information Had a problem with "death wobble" in the front end of my 2014 Ram 3500 Diesel. It happened 12 times over the last 3 years occasionally on bumpy roads Had a problem with "death wobble" in the front end of my 2014 Ram 3500 Diesel. It happened 12 times over the last 3 years occasionally on bumpy roads at speeds of around 65-70 mph. Brought it in to Hudson Chrysler for a recall on a Drag Link that seems related. They diagnosed upper & lower ball joints, u-joint & steering damper were all worn & needed to be replaced for a total of $2078.61. I argued that the frequent Death wobble had to be a contributing factor to the wear of said parts. I presented my case to the Ram Customer Assistance center & spoke to Mike, case #58613062 on 5/21/19. The case was closed with no compensation. I called Mike again for a reason, he said that Summer Rollins from Hudson Chrysler told him the wear was unrelated. When I confronted Summer about it she said that RAM Declined the case. Very disappointed with both parties on passing the blame. More

Everything was great until I went to pick up my vehicle.. This was my first visit to this service center and you know what they say, one bad apple... and that is what this review is about. Check in was fine, the service performed was good. Five stars up to this point. My issue came when I went to pick up. Turns out the service center closed at 6pm but I was not informed of that when I dropped off in the morning, even though I said I would be picking up around 7. I pulled up at 7:00pm to the service center and two employees were inside just looking at me. the one man threw his arms up directed at me and then waved at me in a mocking way like I was some sort of idiot... Finally the female employee opened the door and said to me, "can I help you"? When I said I was here for my vehicle, she said service is closed (in spite of the express oil change signs outside saying they were open) and you have to go in the front. (was never told that prior). The mocking hand gesturing and waving at me from the male really left a sour taste in my mouth... You know what they say about first impressions! More
