As many say, I just went in to look! After working with Josh Olmstead, the other salesman didn’t even come close to someone I wanted to work with. The next thing I know I am buying and the key was Josh. I felt very comfortable working with Josh. The biggest advantage was he did not have to go ask someone when I had a question. He knew the vehicle and process in and out. There was no pressure from Josh to “quickly seal the deal”. He knew I didn’t need a new vehicle; I just wanted a new vehicle. I appreciate that he took the time before I left with my new SUV to explain the features, something that has never happened to me before. Usually they hand you the keys and are off to the next customer! I special ordered some parts and Josh took care of all of that and even did follow ups afterwards. Not only was Josh a deciding factor so were the other individuals that were part of this transaction. They made me feel like they wanted my business.
