Terrible service. My 2021 crv has been having a weird shrieking sound. The first time at the service, I waited 3 hours to be told there wasn’t a problem. Recently again I’ve been hearing the same noise and again I was told there wasn’t a problem. I had the noise recorded on my phone. Then they determined that it’s a problem with the ac. I am leasing this 2021 crv because I don’t want to deal with these kinds of problems that older cars may have. The service person was very professional but the mechanics don’t seem like they know what they are doing. More

I called to verify the time needed to perform the work, and specifically stated I needed the car that night. I was guaranteed the work could be done in 3 to 4 hours. Later on I was called and told my car w and specifically stated I needed the car that night. I was guaranteed the work could be done in 3 to 4 hours. Later on I was called and told my car would not be available till the next morning was given an attitude when I told them this was not acceptable. Very poor and unprofessional planing and execution. Work ended up taking 5 hours to complete. More
