I came in last week for service. I was helped by the service advisor (Benny). I came in for a simple oil change and was told that I needed filters, fluids, alignment and a bunch of other services. I made it clear to him that I do not drive the vehicle much and have very low miles. I was stated that because of the age of the car I needed to have these services done. I of course do not know anything about cars so I went ahead with the services. I then spoke to someone who advised me that I was not needed any of those things since in the owners guide it tells you when those services are due for. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I know nothing of cars and also was told that further problems will occur with the car if I do not get any of these services done. Very poor way of offering services to your customer especially if they are scared into doing the work and in the end the work is not needed at this present time. I will not be coming back here for my future car services and will be looking for another dealer to take care of my vehicle needs. I recommend anyone who wants to go here to please be vigilant and do not make the same mistake I made by spending money when I did not have to. More
