Made an appointment for friday jan 17 for 230 pm but arrived at 2 pm seen by Gustavo Rios who is a very pleasant, friendly and accommodating service advisor. I was there for pil changed, changed break f arrived at 2 pm seen by Gustavo Rios who is a very pleasant, friendly and accommodating service advisor. I was there for pil changed, changed break fluid snd changed fuel injector fluid .sent me msgs to update with my CRV . Promised it will be done for an hour but it took about 45 minutes only. I was a happy costumer for this visit. More

Brought my car in for B, 1,3,6 Service. I have free Maintenance until 48k. I only left with oil change service advisor told me I did not need the other things due to mileage but they would double chec Maintenance until 48k. That's a lie they did not even rotate my tires I just checked my filters and they are dirty so now I feel even more ripped off will be speaking with service manager next week not happy More
