Service for leaking windshield fluid I should have been notified when making the appointment that there is a diagnostics fee. I had to pay for a repair for a vehicle I just purchased by an independent dealership and was also informed that it was covered with bumper to bumpeI warranty. They stated it has a hole and it was not covered. I can understand if it were a crack in the resevior, how is a hole on the part a damage caused by wear and tear? I don't feel the dealership is giving a fair assessment to the damage. Also the cashier was extremely rude and very unpleasant and this behavior was very unnecessary. More

Horrible Service I came in for recall issue which was supposedly completed. You will see why at the end that I say supposedly. While there I speak to the service guy I came in for recall issue which was supposedly completed. You will see why at the end that I say supposedly. While there I speak to the service guy Benny and tell him about an issue with my trunk. I asked him to double check that my warranty (certified pre own) was still valid and I would allow them to check it out. He reassured me it was under warranty. Now he did tell about the over $100 fee that would be charged if the problem was not covered under my warranty. Well hours later he calls me and tells me that it would not be covered under warranty because my warranty was not valid. He then proceeded to tell me everything wrong with my car and asking if I wanted it taken care of. I declined and I told him I was coming to get the car. He then tried to tell me I would still have to pay the fee. I told him that if he wouldve looked properly and told me the warranty was up I wouldve never had them look at it. Of course he didnt argue with me because he knew I was right and waived the fee. The next day i went to the original honda dealer I purchased it from and spoke with them. They assisted me into looking into the matter and even would try to get it covered under warranty even though i was over the mileage a little. The other honda dealer asked me if I had someone else look at the car because apparently when they opened up the area nothing was put back together correctly. They also told me the part that the other dealer told me was broken was working fine after multiple tests and told me the correct part which was broken. As a courtesy they also did not charge me anything after the experience I had at the other dealer. I will never go back to this dealer and will never recommend anyone go there.p More
