Battery Failure Hudson Honda installed a new battery on my wife’s 2014 Honda Pilot in June of 2016. Bought it in because of battery problems once again and they said Hudson Honda installed a new battery on my wife’s 2014 Honda Pilot in June of 2016. Bought it in because of battery problems once again and they said the battery was out of warranty!! How if a new battery was installed and supposedly it has 100 month warranty??? I would have to pay out of pocket for a new battery that the old was 22 months old! Terrible service. I went out to Sears and bought a Die Hard Gold for the same price with more cranking power. More

WORST SERVICE EVER / WORST DEALER STAY AWAY This is the worst dealer i have ever been in my entire life. They are rude disorganized and unprofessional. The people in finance have no knowledge or experience of credit or whatsoever. They never follow up with you. You would have to be calling them to follow up ever with the plates. I ran thru so much problems with them and on top of all jean Carlos messed up my credit by running it thru banks and i was not even there and i specifically said not to run my credit again. Jean carlos is very inefficient and rude he should not be a manager if he has no manners nor customer service skills. More
