Unacceptable and Disrespectful Service I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Hudson Honda. Yesterday, I called the service desk to schedule an oil change with a tire rotation, as I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hudson Honda. Yesterday, I called the service desk to schedule an oil change with a tire rotation, as I had received a coupon for a deal. The service representative confirmed that the coupon could be honored for my Nissan, given that I purchased the vehicle from this dealership last year. My daughter came in for the appointment, but the gentleman at the desk told her the price would be approximately $120 for the service. When my daughter mentioned that the lady on the phone confirmed the coupon would be honored (and even verified this with her supervisor), the gentleman's response was appalling. He dismissed the confirmation by saying, “She is a lady, and she does not know anything about cars” This behavior was both disgusting and highly disrespectful. For an employee to make such a sexist and dismissive remark, especially to a customer, is entirely unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the dealership's professionalism and commitment to customer service. I expect better from Hudson Honda and would appreciate an explanation for this behavior, along with steps to ensure such incidents don’t happen again. As of now, I cannot recommend this dealership and will strongly reconsider returning for future services. More

We were greeted by the manager Victor on arrival who went above and beyond to help us, then we met Milton who handled the actual sale. Milton was kind, courteous and not pushy, we never felt uncomfortable with him. Yirko the finance manager helped with all the paperwork, answered all my questions, again a very kind and not pushy. Buying a car is never completely smooth but any concerns we had were rectified by Victor and his team. More
