Hudson review Initially when I got there I pulled up on wrong side and I ask (by just pointing and using hand motion) if I can leave my car there and a gentleman no Initially when I got there I pulled up on wrong side and I ask (by just pointing and using hand motion) if I can leave my car there and a gentleman nodding his head, so I proceeded to get out, when another man came up and told me I couldn’t leave car there and I have to go around the back. I then told him the first man nodded that I could - the 2nd gentleman said “oh he doesn’t speak English”. I was like ok. Everything seemed fine - my service advisor, Gus, informed me my car would be ready in about an hour, and that was pretty much on target (1 1/4). Left the shop cane home only to find my car was leaking so much oil (which never happened before from the oil change) and 2nd of all my car was filthy, from grease hands on my car. I have never received my car so dirty with grease stains on my car where they worked on my car. Hopefully next time they can clean up after. Just a wipe down might have been sufficient. Also pricing at Honda is so expensive- if it wasn’t for last min fix I wouldn’t have come ... More

Recall service I dropped my car off for a recall service and I wasn't harrased or upsold on additional repairs that I wasn't in there for, which I did appreciate. I was in and out in about an hour and a half as explained. However, when calling for an appointment you do not speak with a service advisor but with a secretary who just makes the appointments. I asked how long it would take or if they even had the parts and I was told that the service advisor would have all that information when I came in the next day. So you don't know what to expect in terms of how long the repair will take or if they even have the parts so the repair may not even happen that day. For me it worked out and they had the parts. If I went in for an appointment and found out the parts were not available I would be pissed. I did pick up a trans fliud drain washer and a set of wipers and the prices were nearly double what I pay at other dealers More
