Don’t honor coupons I don’t pay for oil changes as part of my leasing. Also, I received a coupon for free tire rotation. Benjamin at Hudson Honda made me pay for the oil I don’t pay for oil changes as part of my leasing. Also, I received a coupon for free tire rotation. Benjamin at Hudson Honda made me pay for the oil change otherwise he would not accept the coupon for the tire rotation. He is also very arrogant when I decline to do other services suggested. More

Kept testing until problem presented I had an intermittent problem with my car. Infuruated as a result of my last visit As a customer of Hudson Honda for over 4 years, i felt completely disappointed and infuriated by the chain of events that unfolded on July 3 and 4th w As a customer of Hudson Honda for over 4 years, i felt completely disappointed and infuriated by the chain of events that unfolded on July 3 and 4th when i dropped my car off for an oil change. See details below: Dropped car off July 3rd around 430p for a scheduled oil change. When i arrived, I spoke to service advisor, Jhan Duque. Once he completed the check in process, he informed me that the wait time was 2 hours I asked him if it was possible for me to leave my car and pick it up tomorrow ((July 4th). Jhan informed me that the service dept would be closed but sales dept is open, and the car would be left around front then could pay receptionist and get my keys. I responded ok. I asked valet for my car keys so i can get my house keys off the key ring and i left. NOTE: i did not receive a phone call from service informing me about any findings about my car or that my car was ready ( i always receive a call about any findings regarding the vehicle). 2 hours came and went...no phone call. Called Hudson Honda on July 4th around 10a to obtain an update on my car since i did not receive a call the night before. A female answered the phone and informed me that she does not have any information about my car and it can not be picked up due to service dept being closed. I responded by telling her the service advisor informed me that i would be able to pick up car from the receptionist in sales dept today. The woman on phone kept repeating that she can not do anything--service was closed. I was upset so i asked to speak to a manager. Another woman came on the phone and stated that she can not do anything but when she heard how upset i was--she assured me would see if she can get access to the keys at the service dept. She told me she'd call me when she has an answer. An hour later, I called back at 11a to get an update, a female answered the phone and stated they are still looking into it and will contact me. At 215p i called back and spoke to a new female voice who i had to explain the entire scenario to. This person in my opinion was the worst interaction of all the people i spoke to. In my opinion, she could have cared less about the misinformation that was given to me by the service advisor causing my distress that i was without a car on a holiday. She did not try to buffer the situation or try ease the burden that was caused as a result of the major mistake that was made at my expense. This woman who i spoke to was rude, unbothered and did not seem to have the basic customer service skills to hold a professional conversation disgruntled customer where the was clear fault. This woman kept repeating that service is one dept and sales is another and there is nothing she could do about it. This interaction was the most infuriating to me bc i am a customer of HUDSON HONDA which is comprised up both service AND sales. There should not be silos as customers can flow from one dept to the another so we should all be treated with respect. This major hiccup cause me a alot of loses on Holiday as well as emotional distress. What could have been smoothed out by a loaner car, a more empathetic approach and/or tone of voice, a proactive solution or even an offering of an account credit or detailing of my vehicle.... NOTHING was done and it left me feeling POWERLESS at a place where i spend my hard earned money to get my car serviced. After this experience, I would have to think long as hard on whether or not to return to a facility that treats their long time customers this way especially when it appears they pride themselves on delivering excellent customer satisfaction --which i determined for myself needs to be worked on. Names of people who worked on July 4th who I could have possibly spoke to regarding my car: jenn jessenia karen paula flora All of which need to have a training on etiquette and delivering optimal customer service. Jhan Duque needs training on better communication and importance of follow through. I never received a phone call telling me my car was ready on July 3 or on July 5. I had to call the service dept myself to see if my car was ready for pick up. More
