Diagnostic fee When I first arrived, I was told the diagnostic fee was $149 but that we only had to pay that if I choose not to fix the car there. Later on that day, When I first arrived, I was told the diagnostic fee was $149 but that we only had to pay that if I choose not to fix the car there. Later on that day, I received a car saying that it was an issue with the battery and that the cost of a new battery was $169 plus the $149 for the diagnostic. I was very upset because it is ridiculous that they would expect me to pay $318 for a new battery. I was especially upset because this appears to be an issue with the car itself as a result of the electronic emergency brake system. Lots of complaints about this problem for this vehicle. It also seemed as though the service person was being sneaky about the fee. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Be weary of the extra fees. Prior to this visit, I had been very happy with the service department in this dealership but I will have try to find another. More

Extremely horrible customer service I had an appointment to get my car serviced and the rep signed me in. I asked for a time estimate and John said that max 1:30 hours. When I followed I had an appointment to get my car serviced and the rep signed me in. I asked for a time estimate and John said that max 1:30 hours. When I followed up after 2 hours they kept telling me that it will be ready in 15 min. Worst thing was that after a couple of follow ups, when I went to inquire the third time, Jahn saw me coming and immediately took a u-turn and went in the back and never showed up. Then I started following up with the next rep who did the same thing a couple of times and I got my car after over 3 hours. To top it off they lost the paperwork which added another 15 min. Finally when I took my check and went to the payment window, the lady was about to eat lunch — she looked at me and gave me a look as if I was asking her to share her food. Zero customer satisfaction. Never going here again. More
