No Updates & Never Available I’ve Been waiting for a part for 1 1/2 months & no calls telling me about delays or ETA’s . I Have to personally give them a call but JHAN is never picking up or at least calling back ; even when leaving a message with multiple lady’s that answer the phone . I’ve try working out solutions with Gustavo but I also understand he’s really busy with his own clients . I appreciate how Gustavo try’s to go out his way but it’s really hard to reach him. Overall I’m just upset that I am still driving my damage vehicle & risking the damage becoming more severe. The Damage is internally in the engine . The saddest part is that the car is only 8 month old “ Brand new 2018 “ & already having problems . More

Ac issue I went in for ac service, dropped the car off at 8am.. I was told by service guy that is they had to change the compressor it would cost around $500. I went in for ac service, dropped the car off at 8am.. I was told by service guy that is they had to change the compressor it would cost around $500. But they ended up charging my over $900 , which $535 was just in labor it took them over 5 hours to change a compressor. Really. I went back at 5pm to pick up the car. I was told the car was ready, but they took really long to bring me the car. After they saw I had an attitude they told me the car was not ready and that the equipment they use to put freon in the compressor was not working .. that makes me wonder of all the labor hours were because their equipment was not working and now am paying for it. I would never bring car back for service here .. I alway go to paramus Honda now I know why.. this place is like a big hang out.. More
