It was great speaking to him and I had a shuttle arranged too! Yancy also went over a few things with the car and he was very friendly and approachable too! Misleading information about my car. Brought a car from here in January then I came back in February to report a loud noise I kept hearing in back of my car everytime I drove the car. I w Brought a car from here in January then I came back in February to report a loud noise I kept hearing in back of my car everytime I drove the car. I was told there was nothing wrong with my car. So as the months go on I notice the noise getting louder and come the end of April I couldn’t take it anymore and brung the car back to Honda in West New York but this time I was told that I needed 2 new tires on the back of the car and it would cost me $400 to get it fixed. I was like how is that possible when I just got the new in January. I should not need 2 new tires already when I bought the car it only had 25k miles and now has 35k. So your your telling I need 2 tires after 10k miles that’s ridiculous. So I leave and call back and ask to speak to the sales manager and they scheduled me an appointment for late on that day. So I come back in and talk to the guy and he tells me I need to service about this issue again. So I talk to the same guy AGAIN about this issue and he told me I had to talk to the service manager to get anything resolved but he won’t be in til Monday. It was Friday when I spoke to them. So Monday comes around and no call back. I did not receive a call back til Thursday and the same guy I spoke with left me a message saying that all they can do is offer me something off. This is not acceptable for me. So I called back and asked to speak with the service manager. I spoke with him and he told me to bring the car in for him to look at it. So I bring it in for him to look at it and he tells me the tires are not new. Which I was told that when I got the car the tire where brand new. Not even are the tires old but they are tires from 2015 the original tires. Mind you I brought the car this year. So I got used car with used tires. I don’t mind the used car because I knew I was getting that from the beginning but I was told the tires where brand new then I come to find out there not. Now the service manager said that you guys will pay the balance and I only have to pay $150 but why should I have to pay that when I was told first my tires where new, and then when I brung it in to tell them about the noise in the back tires they said it was nothing. This is not great customer service at all. I felt cheated and lie too. More
