Poor customer service . Discovered lost/missing engine part immediately after oil change at the dealership. Could not get a coherent answer from service rep as to when to e . Had to escalate things to the general manager (Joseph Lynch). Took almost 3 weeks for dealership to procure the part. The dealership was not proactive in keeping me informed as to when to expect the lost/missing part. More

Servicing my car in less than 15 Minutes. Excellent service. I was expecting to be here for at least 1 hour for an engine battery change as normal in any car dealer, but I was completely wrong Excellent service. Service rep Brought my son's car for an oil change. He qualifies for free oil changes for his lease. Ben told me the car needed a tire rotation and i told him to Brought my son's car for an oil change. He qualifies for free oil changes for his lease. Ben told me the car needed a tire rotation and i told him to make a note for me to give to my son. He told me he couldn't do anything unless i paid for the rotation. I felt this was wrong if I was doing my son a favor to bring his car for service. After i said fine do the rotation had to wait 2hrs for them to do the service. He waived the fee since i waited for the car for so long. But it is still aggravating to wait so long for an oil change and tire rotation More
