Long waiting and poor customer service I made an appointment for a recall service at Hudson Honda, because of its close proximity to my home. When I checked in, I asked the receptionist how I made an appointment for a recall service at Hudson Honda, because of its close proximity to my home. When I checked in, I asked the receptionist how long it would take and answered 1 to 1.5 hours. After 90 minutes, I asked the receptionist again and she said once it's done I would be called. After another 30 minutes, I asked again and got the same answer. But I found the key of my car was still on her desk. My car was never handed to the mechanic over 2 hours. I asked the receptionist what happened. She said no idea and it was not her fault. I talked to the manager about the situation and it took 10 minutes for them to finish the recall service. DO NOT GO TO HUDSON HONDA FOR A SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME OR TO EXPERIENCE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Please go somewhere else. I was sold a car with a factory defect and was never presented with a disclaimer. I found out after the fact and now I have to drive a car that sounds I was sold a car with a factory defect and was never presented with a disclaimer. I found out after the fact and now I have to drive a car that sounds like a train when I break. I was told my breaks would be changed, they were not. I was told I would be provided with a ride to work after dropping off my car for service, I had to walk. I was charged over the sticker price and was lied to about the warrantee price per month. My mistake for not reading it. Please go somewhere else. Not worth the aggravation of feeling lied to. More

Misleading and not trustworthy I’ve recently bought a Honda so I decided to take it to this location to check on a sound and hopefully using this location as my place for service. A I’ve recently bought a Honda so I decided to take it to this location to check on a sound and hopefully using this location as my place for service. After being there for over 2.5 hours. I was told I needed to get all 4 tires replaced, an alignment and the sound would be gone. I was also recommended to get a tune up. I express my confusion with their diagnosis because it sounds was only coming from one area and it sounds to me as if metal was rubbing on metal. I asked what if their diagnosis was wrong and day said to me it was not and there was no way it was a wrong diagnoses but in the case it was then i would be able to get a reimbursement . In addition I asked them to check all the car fluids to make sure it was all ready to go. My car was left without antifreeze. I took my car somewhere else and I discovered there was a part stuck on the breaks and that was creating the noise. When I called Hudson Honda to address this issue I was placed on hold for 40 minutes and I was denied the managers contact email and HQ information. I am beyond upset about this because it has not only cost me money but it has also caused me lots of my time. I was hoping I would be able to resolve this with Hudson Honda but it seems they don’t want to cooperate with me. I will contact HQ, yelp and the local news if I have to. I went to a Honda dealership because I believe in the brand and I’m expecting honestly from them. Clearly I was wrong. It isn’t right to scam people and not own up to their mistakes. More
Rip off service department Took car to Hudson Honda for an issue with acceleration (I bought my car at DCH PARAMUS Honda) but I was short on time and this dealer is only about 2 Took car to Hudson Honda for an issue with acceleration (I bought my car at DCH PARAMUS Honda) but I was short on time and this dealer is only about 2 miles from home versus DCH Wich is about 12 miles. Their diagnosis stated I needed a new clutch (I had a new one installed 25k miles ago), also recommended I rotate the tires (I installed brand new tires 5 months ago) and even recommended I replace the wiper blades!! (those got replaced 8 months ago!) I picked up the car, paid their diagnostic fee and went to DCH Paramus. The problem was a leaky gasket, the clutch tested perfectly. In the world of mechanics you will come across very dishonest shops. But I will give Hudson Honda 5 STARS for dishonesty, lying, imcompetence, unproffessionalism and Untrustworthiness! In those categories they beat out their competitors and remain undefeated champions! More
Oil change and inspection Went in for an oil change and to inspect my car for regular service. When checking out my service advisor (whom was amazing) hands me my car’s report. To my surprise- everything on the car report was checked off as perfect! Tires perfect (35k miles on them), brakes perfect (again, 35k on them), wipers perfect... bottom line- my car was in need of NO services other than the oil change that I came in to have performed. First time I’d ever experienced this phenomena! Still more surprising... the service report I got at the visit before this one said I needed a ton of stuff. Some being: tires, brakes, wipers... this said, you can imagine my disbelief. All this said, I complained to the asst service manager, I complained to corporate, I complained to Kiara, I complained to Benjamin and I’ve asked to speak to the general manager three times and he has not called me back. More
