Good service overall. 9am appointment for oil change. Got there just before 9am. Recommended wiper inserts i okd it. Gave me a lift home which was great. Just over 2 hours after I dropped off the car they called me to recommended a transmission fluid change. I agreed.well worth the cost. More

Poor service Called multiple times to discuss service options, could never get in touch with the service department. Left numerous messages on answering machine and with operator. Never got a call back. Finally gave up and just picked up my car. $300 for a battery installation and they didn’t even reset my radio. Had to take it to another dealer afterwards to have it reset because I just didn’t want to deal with the service center experience again. This service center was also able to fix my alarm for free, even though your service center quoted me a $500 repair and told me there were no other options. Your dealership, however, was very quickly to call me to offer me lease deals but didn’t seem to care about the state of my current vehicle. More

Extremely pricey service. I went in for an oil change. I was advised filters had to be replaced, which I understand.
