Would be a better experience if the service agent called me on my cell when my car was finished. I went back to him at the promised time and my car seemed to have been ready for a while (this was after an a me on my cell when my car was finished. Also, I made an appointment online the night before for 8:30am service and when I arrived on time, there was a huge amount of cars in for service. I thought that was misleading to offer a service time when clearly, that was not an indication that they had space for service that would have a reasonable wait time (1 hr or less). Three hours for an oil change? I could have left, but I didn't want to bother coming back - I guess that's how they get you. Good thing was that they had plenty of chairs, tables, for me to do work while I waited. More

The dealership recommended to change fuse relay box and tailgate switch and the cost of parts and labor was $1300. When I picked up the car from dealer everything was working fine and drove more than 70 m tailgate switch and the cost of parts and labor was $1300. When I picked up the car from dealer everything was working fine and drove more than 70 miles. Further fuse relay box is on back order not sure when it will arrive.
