Chris Gomez was very rude to me and other costumers except when one of their boss is around. He seems like he hates helping costumers. I had a service visit yesterday but I was not happy with the service at all. When I called to make an appointment for oil change, I was told it takes 1-1.5 hours. When I checked in my car yesterday, I was t the service at all. When I called to make an appointment for oil change, I was told it takes 1-1.5 hours. When I checked in my car yesterday, I was told my car should be ready in 1.5 hours. After 2 hours waiting, I was told that they had not even started the service (oil change) on my car. It would take another 45 minutes to do the oil change. But I had to leave at that time. So I wasted 2 hours in Hudson Honda without getting anything done. Very disappointed! Be aware when you ask for work to be completed ask copys of alignment print out and make sure to ask for old parts back. I came in with two coupons one for oil change package which included a oil change ali of alignment print out and make sure to ask for old parts back. I came in with two coupons one for oil change package which included a oil change alignment and a rotation. The 2nd coupon was for a oil change bogo. So at the end I paid for the package and no alignment no rotation where completed I paid 148 for a oil change. I have had two many problems in the pass with this service department . This was the last straw. Will not be back. More
