I wanted to personally apologize to you for your inconvenience in feeling that your service needs have not been met. After reading your review, I personally met with James and our service manager. They have attempted to call you three times in regards to having the work done on your vehicle and it is unfortunate that you feel your calls were disregarded. We recently switched over our phone systems to a new company and have had minor voicemail problems. This of course is not your fault but could possibly explain the lack of response you recieved. At the same time, I understand that it is possible your calls may not have been returned in a timely manner.
