Salesman, DeAndre set an appointment for me to me and then cancelled on me and sent me to another sales man. Then on the day I bought the car I had to wait two hours for him to get to the dealership. I b then cancelled on me and sent me to another sales man. Then on the day I bought the car I had to wait two hours for him to get to the dealership. I bought my car on Friday and the car has engine problems. Nelson told me to bring the car in today to have it serviced only for him to ghost me. The service department then told I had to bring my car back because Nelson lied and said they would have a loner for me. My experience has sucked thus far. More
