The service department here almost got me killed twice and caused a huge inconvenience in my life with work and personal issues with having no other transportation methods. I was truly disappointed in the service I received today. I was not expecting to pay $576 dollars for a tire rotation and new wipers. The cost ended up being for power steering fluid and brake fluid, which w I was not expecting to pay $576 dollars for a tire rotation and new wipers. The cost ended up being for power steering fluid and brake fluid, which were not due for another 2000 miles. I wanted the front and back windshield wipers replaced when I filled out the service request, and the service person only did the front wipers. When I asked about the back wipers, I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to return and replace the back wiper. I was at the dealership for 2.5 hours waiting. There was no communication about the progress of the service, and the power stirring was added at checkout. I don't like that I requested a specific service person and had to deal with someone else. I would like the same person to take care of my car, not random personnel who don't know me or care about the service they provide. More
