It was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I am 72 so I have purchased many cars. From the time that Brandon greeting me at the door until I drove away, he was so nice and very informative and I am 72 so I have purchased many cars. This is the worst experience of my life. These people sold me a 2021 lemon and have washed their hands of it and me. I am told if it would’ve happened in the 1st 30 days it would have been under warranty, because everyone uses the ac in march. Never ever buy a used car from this dealership, I was just a sell never a customer. More

When you change the oil, PLEASE update the window sticker. Failure to do so ended up causing back and forth between me Nama, and the service department. Secondly, once everything was agreed on, it still took way to long to complete the paperwork. I had to wait for someone other than Nana to be free to finish up.
