I went in to this Nissan for an oil change. When I was checking in I asked if they would give me text messages with pictures showing any other work I needed. The tech came and found me at the end with a list of “critical work, requires immediate attention”. I called the Nissan where I used to live and asked if these prices were correct, they said no they were much higher than normal rates and suggested I look for another Nissan near by or a jiffy lube. They also told me based on my 30k mileage two of the things “required “ were not actually required by Nissan standards for 30k more miles. I drove to a bear by jiffy lube where they took out both my cabin air filter and engine air filter, both looked brand new. The techs said I would be wasting money to change these out. Lastly, I’m the 3 years I have had my car I have only ever had it serviced at a Nissan dealership and this is the first time that they did not run my car through the car wash. I will not be servicing my car with this dealership again. More
BUYERS BEWARE! ! After dealing for about two weeks with one of dealerships representative Angel Vasquez in regards to buying a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. We paid $50 ! After dealing for about two weeks with one of dealerships representative Angel Vasquez in regards to buying a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. We paid $500 to take the vehicle off the market, coordinated with the sales representative (ROB) before our arrival and have check on hand. We drove 4 1/2 hours to the dealership, to our surprise, we found the vehicle filthy, besides there were other clear major issues with this vehicle that needed immediate attention (brakes, brake rotors, the shut off options was not working, engine rough idle and AC was not cooling the way it should etc). We brought the issues to sales manager Michael which he agree that those issues should have been taken care off prior to our arrival. We let the sales rep know that we were buying this vehicle for our business and our time was really short, Even though with all the preparation and advice once we arrive to this dealership, nothing was done to the vehicle. It seems as though the vehicle was purchased from who ever and never been detailed or serviced (which amazed me the picture they have online looks totally different from the vehicle we saw at the dealership!). The were three reasons we like this vehicle, one is we currently have a Pacifica, and needed a second vehicle due to the demand of our business, second everybody was nice over the phone, and third the warranty they offer is very fair. We are So disappointed. If anyone would like to purchase a vehicle stay away from this dealership! Unless you want to waste your time and money!!! More
I just purchased a vehicle from Hudson Nissan of Charleston. I also traded in my SUV. I worked with Will Hutchinson and can't say enough great things about the whole experience. Customer Service is AWFUL - brought my 2010 Nissan Rogue into the shop and was told it would cost $140 for a diagnostic test on the airbag light - appointment was at 900 am - later received a call back at into the shop and was told it would cost $140 for a diagnostic test on the airbag light - appointment was at 900 am - later received a call back at around 1:00 pm (4 hour diagnostic time- lol) and was told it would cost between $2000-3000 to replace the front passenger airbag sensor - WTH - the car is valued at $3500 and they wanted $3000 to replace a sensor?? Was told the entire bottom of the seat would have to be replaced - this was in direct contradiction to another price I had received of around $350 to do the same work - just wanted to pay my diagnostic cost which by the way is a total ripoff and it miraculously went from $140 to $156 and increase of $16 - its not but $16 bucks but when I asked why the increase - I was told shop supplies - really????? Shop supplies for a diagnostic test??? When I told “Josh” that I was quilted $140 - he said there was nothing he could do and refused to refund me the $16 bucks!!! If Hudson Nissan needs that $16 that bad - keep it - I will NOT BUY ANOTHER NISSAN NOR WILL ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS - this had to be the worse customer service experience of my life!! STAY AWAY -they will nickel and dime you to death which is laughable ——- Jeff More
I got a used 3 year old ford focus from here, it was my first car purchase. I worked with Andy Whetsell and he was willing to spend multiple hours with me while I made my decision. I've had the car for s first car purchase. I worked with Andy Whetsell and he was willing to spend multiple hours with me while I made my decision. I've had the car for several months now and it has been wonderful, no issues at all. It's been on long trips and commuting. I came in with a set price which I got and I feel it was a very good value for the price. Thanks! More

Called on a Tuesday to inquire about viewing / test driving a used vehicle. Salesman Clay stated that the car was being inspected and that he would call back to schedule an appointment. He confirmed an driving a used vehicle. Salesman Clay stated that the car was being inspected and that he would call back to schedule an appointment. He confirmed an appointment for the coming Thursday. Clay again confirmed the appointment on Thursday morning and stated that he would be out and that Nana would take care of things. Arrived and was greeted by Nana who took me out to the car. He said it was rough around the edges and asked if I was still interested - I said yes and he went to get the keys for a test drive. He came back five or so minutes later with the sales manager who said that the dealership in fact wasn't willing to sell the car and would instead be sending it to auction. He said it was a mistake that the car was on their website. No explanation was given for why someone made a showing appointment and confirmed availability with me the morning of. TL;DR: Salesman scheduled a showing for a car and confirmed the showing on the morning of only for the sales manager to refuse to sell the car after I drove 40 minutes to the dealership, waited around for 15 minutes, and then drove home. Waste of 1.5 hours. More
Dont buy from here. Bought a brand new truck from here and when I brought it home I noticed some sort of stain on the back seat. Since it was closed by that point I called in morning to service and was to and when I brought it home I noticed some sort of stain on the back seat. Since it was closed by that point I called in morning to service and was told no worries we will take care of it when you bring it in for its first service. In between I had multiple other issues. Battery connection issue, sensor issues, exposed wire issue and some sort of electrical harness issue (recall). Took it in for first oil change and all these other issues (including the stain) and they fixed a lot of the issues but not the stain. Couldnt get it out. Since there was more work needed done they said they will do the stain the next week when I brought it in. Came in second time the next week and they fixed the remaining issues. They called me and said it was done. I asked about the stain. Was told yes sir i checked myself. Arrived and sure enough stain was there still. They apologized and said I could leave it again. On way out I saw my salesmen. He told me to pull it around. Turns out that stain wasnt a stain but bad fabric that was tearing (service technician never realized that). After all the issues and now adding a bad interior (4 month old truck) the manager came out to speak to me and said he would reach out to Nissan about it and also discussed swapping me out if the vehicle for another. Fast forward. No word on fixing seat but did get their offer to swap out. They offered $5500 less than I paid for my truck and then priced me out a new truck. They have this new truck on website listed for $40,800 with the price crossed out (its actually lower when u ask for the new price) yet on my sheet they were trying to sell it to me for 45k. So in the end with the loss of value on my truck and the increase in the price of the new truck they tried to hide from me I would go from a $39,500 loan to a 50k loan all because they sold me a truck thats had issues. When I brought up the increase in price on their sheet they went silent. Did they think I wouldnt notice or look it up? They also had google remove my original 1 star review of their company. Nothing I posted is false. I have the pictures to prove it. Buyer beware from this company. Hopefully someone see’s this before they falsely remove this one More
